The Unlucky Tee Shot – 2nd hole

Something a little different but fun will be taking place on this hole. There will be a bag of clubs and 4 cards to choose form on the tee…

  • One player shuffles then holds all four cards face down

  • Each team member picks a card at random

  • You then use the club shown on your card from the NBM bag and tee off

  • if you get the You Choose card, you get to tee off as normal with a club from your own bag

  • You only have to use this club for your tee shot – the rest of the hole can be played with your normal clubs

  • Nearest the pin still applies on this hole and you continue to play Texas scramble rules as normal

  • When you are done, please place the cards, rules sheet and clubs back in the bag

  • Make sure you video the tee shots so we can enjoy them again later!

Charity mulligans
You can purchase a second tee shot on holes 9, 10, 11 & 17 (nearest the pin and longest drive holes). Limited to one extra tee shot per player per hole (your team picks which ball you play from). Each extra shot costs £5, which will be donated to The Golf Trust. Please bring some cash on the day and square up when your round is complete. This is done on an honesty system in the hope we can raise some funds for the charity.

Photography
G-mac (Graham) will be capturing some images throughout the event. I’ll share a link to these after the event.

Food & drinks

You will each get a complimentary beverage on course from the drinks cart - normally around half way. Burger & chips will be served after golf.

Pop-up shop
There will be an NBM shop with all your favourites and some event exclusives available to purchase.

Mystery shop
The legendary mystery shop will be open for you to pick up some rare, past or prototype items. It’s a raffle ticket draw and every number is a winner!

Hammer a marker - raising money for The Golf Trust
Try your hand at hammering your own special event ball marker, which you get to take home. A voluntary charity donation is appreciated for anyone having a go.
