We’ve seen a lot and can work in lots of different ways. We can work from hand-drawn sketches, elements you’ve researched and like the look of, written descriptions, or fully worked up digital designs. We’re happy to chat through ideas, please drop us an email or reach out on social media to discuss your design.
The time varies on a number of factors, including the detail in your brief and the type/style of marker/tool you’re looking for. Our normal turnaround time is anywhere from 7-28 days. If you have a deadline, please contact us and we’ll try our best to fit in your order if we can.
Generally, we do not provide these for web orders but we can if requested when you place your order.
We work primarily in brass and copper, athough we do also produce items in other metals such as stainless steel. Get in contact if you have any specific requrests.
Yes, we ship wordwide. We can arrange shipping through Royal Mail’s tracked services (7-21 days). When requested, we can also arrange delivery via courier.
