The Postage Stamp // Brass Ball Marker
The final men's major of 2024 takes place over the iconic links of Royal Troon – home to one of the shortest, most feared and most fascinating par threes in major championship golf, The Postage Stamp.
Just 123 yards, the eighth hole at Troon was originally named Ailsa before William Park descirbed it as "a pitching surface skimmed down to the size of a postage stamp”. The narrow green, ringed by five fearsome bunkers, remains a key to every Open at Troon.
In honour of the final men's major of the season, this limited-edition marker replicates the iconic green complex with six layers of laser engraving set within the shape of a stamp.
Each marker comes in its own display box with exclusive stickers, and is individually numbered on the back. The markers measure approximately 32x24mm, and are 4mm thick.
This is a limited release and once sold out, they will never be made again.
The Postage Stamp // Brass Ball Marker
Copper/brass will tarnish/patina over time and after use. Colours will change and appear over time giving the metal even more character. Ball markers can be polished using a cloth and a jewellery cleaner or Brasso.
We use the highest quality metals to create our products. We do our best to ensure that all materials use are pure and free from scratches or dents but brass and copper are soft metals so this isn't always possible.
